Refund Time Window

  • Full refund available within 10 days of payment, no questions asked
  • Refunds apply to both monthly and yearly subscriptions
  • Free plan users do not require refunds and can stop using the service at any time

Refund Conditions

Unconditional refund within 10 days:

  • Dissatisfaction with the service
  • Features don't meet expectations
  • Technical issues affecting usage
  • Any other personal reasons

Refunds after 10 days:

Limited to the following situations:

  • Service downtime exceeding 48 hours
  • Serious data security issues
  • Service features significantly different from description

Refund Process

  1. Submit Request: Send an email to help@bskydelete.com
  2. Email Content: Include your username, subscription type, and reason for refund (detailed explanation not required within 10 days)
  3. Processing Time: We will process your refund request within 3-5 business days
  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to your original payment method
  5. Settlement Time: Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear

Important Notes

  • Once a refund is approved, your paid features will be immediately disabled
  • Deleted Bluesky content cannot be recovered through refunds
  • We recommend using the "Export" feature to backup important content before bulk deletion operations
  • Refunds do not affect your ability to resubscribe to our services

Refund Exclusions

  • Users who violate our Terms of Service
  • Malicious use or abuse of the service
  • Data loss due to user error
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party policy changes (such as Bluesky platform changes)

Partial Refunds

For yearly subscription users experiencing prolonged service interruptions:

  • We will provide prorated refunds for unused periods
  • Or offer equivalent service extension compensation
